The Holika Holika Rewards Program is our way of thanking you for being a loyal customer. You can earn points on purchases and other activities, which you can redeem for discounts on future orders

Unfortunately, points can only be earned on purchases made after joining the Holika Holika Rewards Program. Past orders placed before signing up are not eligible for points.

Your tier is determined by your total spending over the past 12 months. If you move down a tier, you will keep all the points you've earned, unless your account remains inactive for 12 months.

How do I earn points?
You can earn points by making purchases, referring friends, writing reviews, following us on social media, and other various activities. Here’s a breakdown:
Sign up = Create an account and earn 50 points
Every $1 spent = 3 points
Writing a product review = 50 points (Photo review = 100 points)
Following us on social media = 50 points
Birthday reward = Please tell us when your birthday is and we’ll provide you points to celebrate. White gets $2, Lilac gets $4, Purple gets $8 worth of points on your birthday!
Make a purchase over $50 at once = 150 points

Log in to your Holika Holika account and visit the "My Rewards" section. Your total points and history of earned and redeemed points will be displayed there.

Yes, points will expire if your account remains inactive (no purchases or other point-earning activity) for 12 months. We will send you a reminder before your points expire.

Once you have earned enough points, you can redeem them for discounts during checkout. Simply select the option to apply points when you review your cart before completing your purchase.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you redeemed points for the purchase, those points will be refunded to your account
